1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any feature of the v7vv platform (including the website, mobile application, and all associated services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement becomes effective from the moment you first access the platform.

v7vv reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice on the platform. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an active account on v7vv, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. v7vv operates strictly as a 21+ platform. We may request government-issued identification at any point to verify your age.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active v7vv account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion registry or have previously requested self-exclusion from v7vv or its affiliated platforms.

3. Account Registration & Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

v7vv supports a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-72 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or pending KYC verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

v7vv may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that must be reviewed before claiming. General bonus rules include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new promotion while a previous bonus remains uncleared may result in forfeiture of either or both bonuses.

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. v7vv will provide advance notice before applying inactivity-related account closures.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's primary verified payment method after completion of any outstanding checks. Bonus funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.

12. Amendments to These Terms
